Tickets & Wristbands

How do tickets work?
Buy online and you’ll get a digital ticket. Before the show, you’ll redeem that ticket for a physical wristband — and the wristband is what gets you in the gate.
Where do I pick up my wristband?
At the box office the week of the event, or on-site on show day. Exact pickup location and hours announced soon.
Does the wristband do anything else?
Yep — it’s also your free parking & shuttle pass. Keep it on all day.
How much are tickets?
Tier 1 sold out at $60 — Tier 2 is on sale now at $65, and prices step up as each tier sells through. VIP tiers are available while they last. Get Tickets →Want first word on price jumps and set times? Get on the list →
What’s the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final — the event runs rain or shine. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, refund information will come from Etix, the official ticketing provider.
What does VIP get me?
Four things worth every penny: an expedited entry lane, front-stage access, VIP bathrooms, and a VIP bar. VIP starts at $100 (VIP II $120) and quantities are limited. See tickets →

Getting There

Is there parking?
Free parking for wristband holders — that’s the easy move. Beyond that, the usual downtown options are around too: public lots and street parking near the Square. More parking details TBA.
Is there a shuttle?
Yes — a free shuttle runs for wristband holders. Just show your band to ride. Route & times announced soon.
What about rideshare?
Uber/Lyft drop-off & pickup zone announced soon.

Bags, ID & Entry

What ID do I need?
